By reeves It’s safe to say that skin was the hottest fashion trend at the 2022 Emmys. The red carpet was adorned with keyhole cutouts of all kinds, giving a subtle twist to even the most glamorous gowns.
Many halter-top options were available, including those worn by Amy Poehler and Ariana DeBose. Sergio Hudson created a modern color-blocked interpretation for Issa Rae. Keyhole cutouts were also found in unusual places, such as around the belly button, which we saw with Julia Garner’s Gucci gown. Jasmin Savoy brown’s Christopher Kane had additional cutouts on each side.
